Sunday Wrap Up

Greetings everyone! As everyone at KP knows, I came over and surprised my dad this morning. I left pretty early and got here in Indy when he woke up. He walked into the living room with a smile on his face and said "What a surprise seeing you here on Father's Day." That was worth it all! I want to thank everyone at KP for understanding and allowing your pastor to be gone today. I also want to thank Brian, Ken, Adam, Corina, Karen Cook, Sonya, and the Overseer for taking the ball and running with it today. I heard you had a great service!

We had planned on going to church this morning, but it didn't work out that way. So we watched John Haggee and few other preachers and had church anyway. My sister and her family came over after their church service and we had dinner here at my mom and dad's home. Today is my sister's birthday. I won't tell you how old she is but I will tell you she's headed down the hill now. Happy birthday Sis! I am very proud of her and her husband, Bob! They are great Christians and workers in the church. They do a lot to help my mom and dad with my brother and I living a few hours away. Bob especially is good and very generous in helping my parents with things around the house that need to be done. He treats my dad like his own. I really appreciate him.

This week is "Kids Krusade" week at KP. Debbie Jett has a dynamic ministry team coming in from North Carolina. Be sure to bring all the kids you can! They will love it and the Spirit of God will do a life-changing work in their lives. It starts at 6:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. I'll see you there!

Annette said that Chris McBeath did a wonderful job of preaching tonight. She said we had a small crowd but I suspected that between camp meeting week and kids krusade week on Father's Day. Thanks to everyone for your faithfulness to God's house.

My prayer is that you have a prosperous and blessed week!

-Pastor Randy
