Saturday Insights

Good morning everyone! I was at Kids Krusade last night and was asked by Brother BoBo to help in the altar service. What a great honor that was to pray with and love on these kids. I was privileged to lead one boy in particular in a prayer of salvation. His name was Austin and it was his first night at Kids Krusade. Austin's name is now written in the Lamb's Book of Life in heaven. Please pray with me for Austin that he would now grow in his relationship in Christ. Please pray also for all the other children this week that attended the Krusade. Pray that they would have a desire to attend church and grow in their relationship with Christ.

I would like to thank Debbie Jett and Lori Dooley for their tireless efforts in making this Kids Krusade happen. They are the best! I know with how busy everyone is right now it wasn't easy to participate. But I also want to thank everyone who came and helped in some way. Only eternity will be able to tell the great things that were accomplished in "little lives" this week!

I hope you plan on joining us for worship tomorrow. I don't mean to be a doomsday prophet, but in reality this world and this country is about ready to self-destruct. Only the second coming of Jesus will save humanity as Christ sets up His kingdom on earth for a thousand years. But at the same time, if you are saved and trusting in Christ...these are exciting times! God is indeed pouring our His spirit upon all flesh (Joel 2). We are on the brink of the rapture of the church. And even though some are falling away and apathy reigns in the American church, God is preparing His bride (church) for the coming of Christ!

I want to encourage you that this is not the time to become lazy spiritually. This is not the time to only attend church "when you feel like it." This is not the time to get so preoccupied with your kids, your job, and material things that you don't make time for God. I implore you to get in the Word of God and get the Word of God in you! Pray without ceasing! Worship like crazy! Tell others about Christ! And live a holy life!

See ya and the morning! And for you that do not attend KP make sure you give God your best worship tomorrow. Offer Him the most excellent sacrifice you can!

In His Love,

Pastor Randy
