Sunday Wrap Up

It feels good to be able to get a Sunday nap today. Some Sundays I can, but most Sundays after getting a bite to eat I am busy preparing for the Sunday PM service.

We just come from Wendy's. Today 15 per cent of Wendy's proceeds from 1 to 5 pm were going toward the El Salvador Missions trip. The management there was really excited! They had done a record-breaking business from 1 to 2 pm. Just before 2:00, over $300
(15% of their sales) had already been made. Thank you to all the KPers and friends who supported the missions trip by giving in offerings or going to Wendys today. There probably around $5,000 received toward the El Salvador trip at this point. They need $22,000 total.

The Missions Conference was a huge success and superseded everyone's expectations. Presently, I have no idea how many churches will be planted through Global 12, or how much money or faith promises came in for Sister Arlene Miller. But I do know that the Missions Conference greatly raised the "missions awareness" at KP for months to come. Thank you to Chris and Carmen; Joyce Davis and Carol Georgiton; the "El Salvador Twelve" (the missions team), and everyone else who participated in the "parade of nations," the dinner, and those who helped by donating decorations. You all were great!

Please continue to remember Arlene Miller, our Missionary, in your prayers this week. Also, remember our Southern Ohio camp meeting in your prayers and attend a service or two if you can.

May God bless you. Go out and make it a great week!

In Christ's love,

Pastor Randy
