Some Saturday Insights

I survived my oral dental surgery last night. Today, Annette has exercised her "Sargent" gifting and kept me from doing anything all day except a little sermon prep for tomorrow. I really don't know how things will go in the morning. God has given me a powerful word from I Peter 3:13-17. However, I might not be as vocal as I usually am.

There are some brothers and sisters that I want to ask you to be in prayer over. Debbie Kilburn is very sick in the hospital. The doctors are not for sure what is going on but she has now been very sick for a couple of weeks. Please remember Wilma Chess's family; mainly her mom, Franky, and her brother, Jerry. They both had very difficult weeks. Also, please remember Phyllis Titus and our missionary, Arlene Miller as well. Sister Miller is doing some better but still needs our prayers. Please join us in prayer for Mark Worley as he recovers from surgery. Pray that God do a miraculous healing in his foot.

These are all very urgent needs. The enemy is at work today afflicting the body of Christ with disease and sickness. But "greater is He that is in us, then He that is in the world."

I will see you in the morning! And if not, worship God like crazy wherever you go to church! Love ya!
