The Friday Countdown

What a rainy, ugly day, but even these kinds of days are needed. We especially could use the rain and with rain we get clouds. So we will take it.

I hope you are doing fine today. Please remember Debbie Kilburn in our prayers. This coming Sunday I will announce a special night during the week that we are asking as many people to come together as possible to pray for Debbie. Naturally, we will call it "Pray for Debbie" night. Everyone is welcome. We will go probably from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, once a week. We will also pray for some other needs as well. I will announce the night from the pulpit Sunday morning.

Please be securing your friend or friends for Friend Day now. Don't wait to the last minute. Wendy's at Mainveille will be giving ten per cent of all of their proceeds to our Missionary, Arlene Miller, this Sunday from 12 noon to 4 pm. Bring your friend to church and then take them over to Wendy's and buy'em lunch.

Tomorrow morning is the Rescue Mission service at City Gospel mission. I hope you can go help the team minister to the homeless. They leave the church at 4:45 am, Saturday morning. Really, you will be blessed immeasurably!

Have a great weekend!

Pastor Randy
