Sunday Wrap Up

Today was a great Lord's day! I was blessed to sat in on Adam Johnson teaching the sanctuary class this morning in Sunday School. He really did a wonderful job. Adam has done a great job this summer in his intern work. I am sure we have given him a lot of material for next fall at Lee.

The praise and worship was awesome this morning and especially tonight. This morning's Kid's Krusade offering was super, over $800. Thank you to everyone who gave. Once again, a big thanks to Debbie and Lori for doing a great job this week. KP is fortunate to have these ladies leading our children's ministries and the great people working with them.

I know we are well into summer now and vacation season has officially started, but I really believe we are going to continue in a "spirit of revival" this summer. I feel a sense of urgency about this summer like I have not sensed in years passed. I believe God is wanting to "pour out His Spirit" in a much greater capacity throughout these summer months. I am praying about calling some special services this summer, even possibly a three-night summer series of meetings. Please be praying with me for the leading of the Spirit.

Thank you so much for praying for my mom and dad, and Sister Arlene Miller. God is answering our prayers. Lets remember one another as we pray.
